| Any suggestions in my problem?. The consumer app tells me that it was a successful update then I immediately unplug the player and turn it on and nothing still just a plain white screen. I never tried to change the firmware or anything for this to have happened it just was like that when I turned it on the other day. I just turned it on 1 day and it doesn't ever load the main screen. It shows up in my pc as a drive and everything. ????? Thanks!.
